At Costumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items and intimate apparel must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
