Each costume page includes a detailed size chart. Since costume sizing can differ from standard apparel, we recommend measuring your height, chest, and waist to ensure the best fit.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that items purchased for Halloween must be returned by October 25th.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout for those last-minute party invitations.
Can I wash my costume in a washing machine?
Most of our costumes are made with delicate fabrics and trims. We recommend spot cleaning or hand washing in cold water. Please check the specific care label inside your garment for detailed instructions.
